Hemp Seed Oil Extractor
Our Heatless Oil Expeller extracts precisely the right
amount of functional, nutritional, and pure hemp
seed oil. It is far superior to its commercially used
alternatives that employ high temperatures of heat in
order to increase the amount of extracted oil.
However, extraction through high heat destroys
essential lipids while also extracting unwanted seed
material which compromises the integrity of the final
product.
Hemp Long Fibre
Decorticator
Our patented Hemp Stalk Decorticator is capable of
processing up to 600 kgs of dry hemp stalk
consistently during every 8-hour shift. It is designed
to accommodate adjustable rollers, enabling it to
process various sizes of hemp stalks, further
increasing its utility.
Sustainable Fiber Processing
The processing of hemp fibers uses an enormous
quantity of water and hazardous chemicals. To
simplify and optimize the process in accordance with
our commitments to sustainability and waste
reduction, we’ve developed intelligent technology
that utilizes bio-waste to process raw hemp fibers.
The offshoot or organic waste that is produced is
100% recyclable and reusable, it continues to fuel our
