Our mission at NHempCo is to further explore and unleash the commercial and industrial potential of hemp. We work tirelessly to position ourselves as pioneers in the Indian Hemp Industry, by crafting and offering a range of non-toxic, non-polluting, chemical-free, highly sustainable, and effective products pertaining to body-care, foods, building materials, textiles, and machinery.

At the helm of our mission & hemp revolution is a serial entrepreneur with over 14 years of experience in start-ups and innovative business operations.

Harshavardhan Reddy Sirupa pursued his foundation in Engineering followed by a coveted postgraduate degree in MBA, specializing in Global Business Strategy, from the Dowling College, New York, United States of America. Upon the completion of his education, Harsha chose to return home to his country and partner with various businesses offering his expertise in business strategy and consulting.

Harsha first came across cannabis whilst in-search of a solution for his son’s acute dry skin malady. Following years of strenuous and rigorous research in cannabis and its benefits, Harsha launched Namrata HempCo Ltd in the year 2016. Since the launch, he has worked closely with farmers, researchers, and doctors to sufficiently comprehend the potential of the plant and all its applications. Additionally, He has worked alongside doctors and their patients to study the role of cannabis medicine for treatments of diseases like cancer, epilepsy, skin disorders, mental disorders, and many more.

The many years spent learning about hemp have earned Harsha the reputation of an expert in the industry. This has enabled him to work alongside like-minded individuals and decision makers to positively transform the landscape for hemp cultivation, commercial & industrial application, medical transformation, and policy development pertaining to hemp in India.

A true champion of natural products & moral compass of NHempCo. Her search for a sustainable, natural, and effective alternative instigated the birth of NHempCo and Satliva.

Namrata Reddy Sirupa earned her foundation in Engineering, and went on to achieve her postgraduate degree in Master of Science (MS), Computer Engineering from the San Jose State University, California. Following her extensive education, she worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer at NASA for a period of 2 years.

Namrata, like her husband Harshavardhan, also chose to relocate back home to India, chasing her dream of bringing a grand change to her motherland in terms of sustainability and widespread adoption of a greener lifestyle. This is when she along with Harsha stumbled upon the holy and salubrious plant “Hemp.” Following years of research together with her husband, Namrata launched NHempCo in 2016. Every day since the launch, Namrata moves a step closer towards her mission to create an organic, natural, sustainable, and carbon-negative Hemp Ecosystem.

As an ardent ambassador of natural products, she has always sought out and crafted modern, innovative, and increasingly sustainable ways to offer a larger range of benefits, while decreasing her impact and burden on the planet.
